formerly an actual laboratory, Lab111 is one of our favourite places for enjoying films featuring Black and Brown performers, creators and topics. it's basically Third Circles for cinephiles.

independent films like Sing Sing. childhood classics like Do the Right Thing and Love and Basketball. documentaries like Walter Rodney: What They Don't Want You to Know. specials like the Raoul Peck Collection. festivals like Africadelic.

and it's in the same neighbourhood as another Third Circle, Bar Bario. stop by for a drink at this bar and creative hub that is "an all-inclusive, intimate living room" centred around queer, trans, Black, indigenous and people of colour communities.
