Take a moment from the week's busyness to pause and reconnect with the self at our Midweek Meditation. This 30-minute online audio class is a gentle invitation to breathe, center, and reconnect with your roots. The teacher (mipe - she / her) is a a Black female yoga instructor with over a decade of practice and teaching experience. Each week, she will guide you through: Pranayama (breathwork) and Dhyana (meditation / focus). No special equipment, prior experience or preparation is needed. Just a quiet spot ... because we deserve a moment to find some midweek calm.
